How do I find the correct size for my cycling shoes?
To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend using our online Size Wizard. Measure your foot length and width in millimeters and enter the data to receive a specific size recommendation for each model.
Can I heat mold my Bont Cycling shoes at home?
Yes, our proprietary carbon resin allows for home heat molding in a conventional oven. Simply follow the instructions provided in our Heat Molding Guide to customize the fit of your shoes.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom and semi-custom shoe orders are handcrafted to your specifications. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery from the date your order is confirmed.
Are Bont Cycling shoes compatible with all pedal systems?
Our road shoes are compatible with standard 3-hole cleat systems (Look, Shimano, Speedplay with adapter). We also offer specific 4-hole soles for Speedplay and 2-hole versions for MTB and gravel use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All Bont Cycling shoes are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
