We want you to have the perfect fit for your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-priced Bont Cycling shoes and accessories. If your gear isn't performing as expected, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the cleats have not been mounted to the soles.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
